Bashneft has paid more than half a billion rubles for the second coupon of exchange bonds BO-05

UFA, 26 May 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. JSOC Bashneft has paid 533.5 million rubles to repay the 2nd coupon of exchange bonds of BO-05 series, Rusbonds reports with reference to the issuer.

Payments are made based on the coupon rate of 10.7 percent per annum. 53.35 rubles are paid per one bond with a par value of 1 thousand rubles.

Bashneft placed 10-year bonds of BO-05 for 10 billion rubles by public offering in May 2014. The rate of the 1st coupon was set at 10.7 percent per annum, 2-9 coupon rates were equated to it.

JSOC Bashneft is a vertically integrated oil company formed on the basis of energy companies of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
