Bashkortostan Development Corporation may increase its authorized capital to 1 billion rubles in 2015

UFA, 26 May 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. JSC "Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan" may become a sole operator of the state of industrial parks on behalf of the region. The authorized capital of the company is expected to increase to 750 million rubles in 2015. The most part of these funds is planned to credit by converting a loan of JSC "Regional Fund" in the amount of 486.7 million rubles. This was reported by the Ministry of Economic Development of the republic.

At the moment, the authorized capital of the company is 260 million rubles. Thus, in 2015 it could reach 1 billion 10 million rubles. In the years 2016-2018 it is planned to increase it to 450 million rubles annually.

This issue will be submitted for consideration by the Presidium of the Government RB on May 27. At the session a document defining the role of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus as the sole operator of industrial parks should be adopted, and a mechanism of its funding from the republic budget should be approved.

JSC "Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan" provides comprehensive services for investors who plan to do business in the region. It was created in accordance with the Presidential Decree of 20 December 2010. It controls the Industrial Park "ChimTerra" and "Ufimsky". In 2014, its net profit constituted 2 million rubles. Revenues amounted to 15.6 million rubles, including 14.4 million - from lease, 1.3 million - from consulting services.
