Bashneft placed a bond issue BO-03 for 5 billion rubles

UFA, 25 May 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. On Friday JSOC Bashneft fully placed bond issue BO-03 at MICEX. Investors bought back 5,000,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1 thousand rubles, according to the issuer. The placement price was equal to the nominal value. A day earlier, the company collected bids from investors.

Terms of the issue include 10 semi-annual coupon periods, the latter ending on May 15, 2020. There is a possibility of early redemption of the bonds at the end of the 4th coupon period – on May 19, 2017. The interest rate of 1-10th coupons is 12 percent per annum.
