Bashkortostan consolidated budget showed a surplus of 4.9 billion rubles as of May 1
UFA, 25 May 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. As of May 1, the consolidated budget of Bashkortostan showed a surplus of 4.9 billion rubles, according to the data of the Ministry of Finance of the republic. Revenues totaled 55.7 billion rubles - with the growth of 11.4 percent to January-April 2014. Expenditures were financed in the amount of 50.8 billion rubles - with growth of 3.9 percent.
Proceeds from different sources of incomes were as follows. Tax and non-tax revenues amounted to 44 billion rubles (plus 6 percent compared to January-April 2014), gratuitous receipts from other budgets - 11.6 billion rubles (plus 10.1 percent). The balance of intergovernmental transfer returns of previous years was positive - plus 121.6 million rubles (as of May 1, 2014 it was minus 2 billion rubles).
In the category of tax and non-tax revenues the growth of corporate profit tax (by 10.1 percent compared to January-April 2014 to 11.3 billion rubles), personal income tax (2.3 percent to 12.9 billion) property taxes (4.5 percent to 5.5 billion) was marked. Revenues from use of state and municipal property increased significantly – by 34 percent - to 4 billion rubles. Excise revenues decreased by 8.2 percent to 4.9 billion rubles.
The consolidated budget expenditures are mostly (77.7 percent) of social nature. 4.6 billion rubles, or 9 percent of total expenditures were allocated for road sector investments.
The budget of the Republic of Bashkortostan was executed with a surplus of 3.9 billion rubles (revenues - 45.6 billion rubles, expenditures - 41.7 billion rubles). Incomes of local budgets (23.3 billion rubles) exceed the expenditures by 1 billion rubles.
