Yield on Bashneft exchange-traded bonds BO-03 is 12 percent per annum

UFA, 20 May 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. Bashneft has set an interest rate of the first to tenth coupons of exchange-traded bonds of BO-03 series with the total volume of 5 billion rubles at the level of 12 percent per annum, according to the materials of the issuer.

Terms of the issue provide 10 semi-annual coupon periods, the latter to be finished on May 15, 2020. The total amount of the coupon yield on the bonds will be 299.2 million rubles. The coupon yield per one security is 59.84 rubles. The issuer reserves the right to early redemption of exchange-traded bonds at the end of the 4th coupon period - May 19, 2017.

5 million exchange-traded bonds with a face value of 1,000 rubles each will be placed at the MICEX Stock Exchange. The offering price is equal to par value. The start of placement is scheduled for May 22. Earlier the company held a collection of bids from investors.
