Ministry of Finance of Bashkortostan signed the best investment deal of the year

UFA, 20 May 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. The placement of ruble bond issue of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the autumn of last year was considered the best investment deal in 2014. The deal was awarded the first place in the category "Regional and Municipal Bonds: Transaction 2014" Investor Awards-2015. The main factor of success was the right time for the bond issue in the deteriorating market conditions, the press service of the Ministry of Finance informs.

The bonds of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 6 billion rubles with a maturity of 4.5 years were placed at the MICEX Stock Exchange on October 16, 2014. The general agent of the placement was VTB Capital. The demand for bonds exceeded 10 billion rubles as a result of an open offer. 30 bids from investors in the amount of 6 billion rubles were satisfied.

The awarding ceremony for achievements in the field of investments was held in Moscow within the framework of the 6th Forum "Investments in Russia".
