Bashneft plans placement of exchange-traded bonds for 5 billion rubles
UFA, 20 May 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. Bashneft intends to place exchange-traded bonds of BO-03 series for 5 billion rubles, according Rusbonds citing the issuer. On May 19, the company collected bids from investors.
Technical placement of 10-year bonds is expected to be held on May 22.
The placement underwriter is Sberbank CIB.
Currently, there are eight outstanding bond issues of Bashneft for 90 billion rubles, one issue of exchange-traded bonds for 10 billion rubles. Eight issues for 50 billion rubles are registered.
