Trade markups on essential drugs will be determined by regional authorities in Bashkortostan
UFA, 13 May 2015. /Bashinform News Agency/. The procedure of the regional state control over the prices of medicines included in the list of vital and essential drugs was approved by RF Government Decree of May 6, No.434. The document is published on the website of the Cabinet.
In accordance with the decree, the regional authorities will establish the size of maximum wholesale and (or) retail markup on such medicines. Thus, the maximum allowable retail price of essential medicines in pharmacies will consist of the actual sale price and the established regional trade markup.
The regional state control involves systematic observation, inspections, measures to combat violations and bringing violators to responsibility.
