Bashkiria is among the leaders of the utilities management companies’ nationwide rating

UFA, 5 May 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. The top three subjects of the Russian Federation of effective management companies in the housing sector included Belgorod region (average score - 40.86), Bashkortostan (38.54) and the Leningrad region (37.21). The All-Russian rating on performance assessment of utilities management organizations, homeowners associations and housing co-operatives for 2014 was made by the Housing Reform Fund. The results are published on the Fund’s website.

Total 38,912 organizations are included in the rating - they run 734,726 houses and disclose information on the website «Housing and Utilities Reform».

Basing on the data of the rating, residents can compare the performance of their management companies with those of other organizations and take appropriate decision. The summary data on the effectiveness of organizations are also available for regional and municipal authorities.
