Shareholders of Bashkir Soda Company will take a resolution on dividends on May 26

UFA, 28 April 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. The shareholders of JSC "Bashkir Soda Company" (BSC) at the annual meeting on May 26 will discuss a distribution of profits and payment of dividends by the results of 2014, the company reports in the media.

The shareholders also will consider the transfer of Berezniki Soda Plant’s debt to Sberbank to Bashkir Soda Company.

By the end of 2014 BSC received a net profit of 3 billion 911.1 million rubles – by 13.6 percent more than in 2013, as follows from its report under RAS. Revenues amounted to 27.3 billion rubles, with an increase of 12.9 percent.

JSC "Bashkir Soda Company" was established by adjoining "Soda" to "Caustic". It consists as well of JSC "Transneftehim", TH "Bashkir Chemistry", LLC "Ecole", JSC "Berezniki Soda Plant" (Perm region). The authorized capital is 165,664,800 rubles. According to the list of affiliated persons at the end of 2014, 38.27 percent of the authorized capital of the Bashkir Soda Company is controlled by the Republic of Bashkortostan represented by the Ministry of Land and Property Regulations, 29.02 percent – by JSC "Bashkir Chemistry", 28.16 percent - by Cyprus Modisanna Limited.
