Consolidated budget surplus of Bashkortostan in the first quarter was 5.8 billion rubles

The consolidated budget of Bashkortostan was executed with a surplus of 5 billion 771.7 million rubles in January-March, the Ministry of Finance reports. Revenues amounted to 38 billion 440.6 million rubles, an increase of 18.3 percent to the first quarter of 2014, costs were financed in the amount of 32 billion 668.9 million - 5 percent more.

In the total revenues of the consolidated budget tax and non-tax revenues amounted to 29 billion 405.4 million rubles (plus 4.4 percent compared to January-March 2014), gratuitous receipts from other budgets - 9 billion 27.8 million (plus 18.8 percent ), the balance returns as intergovernmental transfers of previous years - 7.4 million (on April 1, 2014 - minus 3.3 billion).

In the current year revenues from property tax (21.6 percent), personal income tax (3.3 percent), lumpsum tax (5.7 percent) increased. Corporate profit tax (4.4 percent), excise tax (4.3 percent) reduced. Revenues from the use of state and municipal property increased by one-third to 3 billion 10.7 million rubles.

In the sectoral structure of spending a social component dominates - 76.5 percent of total spending.

The budget of the Republic of Bashkortostan was executed with a surplus of about 5.3 billion rubles in January-March: revenues - 32 billion 234.6 million rubles, spending - 26 billion 961.7 million rubles.

Local budget revenues in the first quarter amounted to 15 billion 437 million rubles, spending - 14 billion 938.1 million rubles.
