Industrial production shows a three-percent growth in Bashkiria in January-March

UFA, 13 April 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. Industrial production in the Republic of Bashkortostan in the first quarter increased by three percent, in March - by 0.1 percent to February. It is reported by the Ministry of Economic Development of the republic, citing the data of Bashkortostan Statistics Agency.

Significant growth was recorded in manufacture of vehicles and transport equipment (47.8 percent compared to the level of January-March 2013), rubber and plastic products (17.3), in metallurgy and in factories in the fabricated metal products (13, 2), in manufacture of electrical and optical equipment (8), in chemical industry (6.7), and extraction of fuel and energy minerals (5).
