Chefs from Bashkiria will compete for victory at the Russian culinary competition "Chef a La Russe-2015"

UFA, 2 April 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. Chefs from Bashkortostan will go to Moscow at the Russian culinary competition "Chef a La Russe-2015". It will take place at "Crocus Expo" from April 7 to 9. It is reported by the State Committee of the Republic of Trade.

Six chefs from leading restaurants of the republic will go to the capital of Russia from the Guild of Chefs RB; they are divided into two teams. Their opponents will be masters from 30 regions of the country. The cooks will compete in the categories "National Dinner" and "Black Box". The team will use local products in cooking.

One of the six qualifying stages of the championship was held in Ufa in October last year, as part of the Forum of Hospitality. The winner of the regional stage was the team of Guild of Chefs RB.

The jury of the championship "Chef a la Russe-2015" includes well-known foreign and Russian international judges accredited by WACS, headed by WACS President Gissur Gudmundsson and the President of the Association of Cooks Russia Viktor Belyaev. The winners will be awarded with diplomas, medals and prizes. The main prize of the championship is training in international cooking school.
