Ufa startups can get up to $ 10 million from leading investment funds

UFA, 31 March 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/. From April 4 to June 10 in 10 cities of Russia, as well as in Dubai, Istanbul and Belgrade the fourth international expedition on finding and supporting promising start-ups "Startup Sabantuy 2015" will be held.

As the organizers of the expedition inform, in Ufa a competitive selection of projects will take place on April 18. The start-ups that have already formed their business model and test it in a real market can take part in it. All of them will meet with investors, who travel over the cities together with the organizers of the expedition "Startup Sabantuy".

Selection of projects will be carried out by representatives of leading investment funds - Kama Flow, Runa Capital, LETA Capital, Rostelecom, Navigator Found.

Each of the funds is ready to invest in the members of the expedition Startup Sabantuy from 1 to 10 million dollars. The funds will choose two potentially interesting projects in Ufa, which will receive an invitation to the IT Park in Naberezhnye Chelny for a free monthly acceleration program Sabantuy CEO Camp 2.0. Registration for the event is already available.

The finals of the expedition Startup Sabantuy 2015 - Investor Demo Day - will be held in the IT Park in Naberezhnye Chelny on July 11. After passing an intensive educational program the project managers will meet with more than 30 investment funds and business angels and will be able to attract investments for the further development of their companies.

In Ufa Startup Sabantuy expedition will be held in partnership with Smart Park. This is a unique ecosystem in Ufa for the development of intellectual projects of entrepreneurs, which combines the advantages of creative cluster (modern offices, coworking, workshops) and business incubator (consulting and development of start-ups).

Everyone who wants to participate in the Startup Sabantuy 2015 competition should submit an application, pass further absentee selection, receive an invitation to a selection in his city, present his project to the commission, become the winner of the local selection in Ufa and reach a monthly acceleration in the IT park in Naberezhnye Chelny .
