First hotel built for the SCO and the BRICS Summits was opened in Ufa

UFA, 27 February 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva, Arthur Basyrov/. On February 27, a four-star hotel of "ATOL" chain built for the SCO and the BRICS Summits was opened in Ufa.

The total area of the hotel is 8.28 thousand square metres. 108 rooms are located on ten floors. Among them, there are two presidential suites, each with five rooms. Cost of living in this suite will be 52 thousand rubles a day. A restaurant with 50 seats and a conference hall for up to 25 guests are operating. Visitors can also take advantage of two parking lots: underground parking for 80 cars and ground level parking for 20 cars.

“The hotel has already hosted the first visitors”, the owner of the hotel Arminak Tunoyan said. “The restaurant is open, European cuisine is served. Currently, the hotel has 25 employees, all of them are locals. During the Summits the staff will be enlarged.”

The Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Ruslan Mirsayapov took part in the opening of the hotel. He noted that the positive effect of the new hotel opening was availability of new jobs for the residents of our republic. In addition, he appreciated the comfortable hotel service.

The hotel was constructed by LLC "Progress". The amount of private investment in the construction was almost 650 million rubles. According to preliminary calculations, the project will pay off within 20 years. The First Deputy Head of the Ufa Administration Alexander Filippov thanked the developers.

Total seven hotels will be built for the SCO and the BRICS Summits. Among them there are world famous brand hotels - Hilton and Holiday Inn.
