Master class in Pan-Asian cuisine for leading chefs of restaurants was conducted in Ufa
UFA, 26 February 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. A master class in "Pan Asian Cuisine" was held in one of Ufa restaurants for leading chefs of the capital, organized by the Association of Cooks, Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Bashkortostan.
According to the State Committee of the Republic for Trade and Consumer Protection, the event was held in preparation for the upcoming SCO and BRICS Summits in Ufa. The seminar for chefs was conducted by the master chef Unilever Food Solutions Gregory Kalinichenko. In addition to the chefs who are already working in Ufa catering, master class was also attended by students of relevant institutions of the republic.
The Pan-Asian cuisine combines several branches - Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Malaysian, Indonesian, Korean, Singaporean and Lao, so it is traditional for a number of countries participating in the Summits.
