Printing out service of boarding passes by 2D barcode from mobile phones is available at the Ufa Airport

At the Ufa International Airport a hardware-software complex «Reprint» is installed allowing passengers having no luggage to check in on their own through mobile phones («Mobile Check-in» service) and enter the departure lounge bypassing check-in desks. The new service is another step towards automation, the press service of the Ufa aviation hub informs.

The terminal reads 2D barcode data from your mobile phone, print out your boarding pass, which is then submitted at the passport control. The new device allows to check-in in advance or on the way to the airport.

The «Reprint» terminal fully complies with IATA standards in respect of «Mobile Check-in» services. At the Ufa Airport there are two «Reprint» machines which are installed in the terminal for domestic airlines near automated check-in machines. Passengers of Aeroflot, S7, Rossiya, Transaero, UTair airlines can use the new service.
