Foreign trade turnover of Bashkortostan decreased by 4.1 percent in 2014

Foreign trade turnover of Bashkortostan was formed in the amount of 13 billion 774.9 million US dollars at the end of 2014 - by 4.1 percent less than in 2013. Such data are reported by Bashkortostan Statistics Agency, referring to the information of the Volga customs department. They do not take into account the volume of mutual trade with Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Last year, the republic exported goods for $ 12.8 billion (minus 4.2 percent in 2013), including $ 12.3 billion - the amount of export transactions with foreign countries.

Goods were imported for $ 1 billion (minus 4.1 percent in 2013), including 932 million dollars - the volume of goods imported from foreign countries.
