"Gazprom neftekhim Salavat" will be granted a loan of 5 billion rubles by Alfa-Bank

UFA, 18 February 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. Alfa-Bank as a result of an open invitation to tender will issue "Gazprom neftekhim Salavat" a loan of 5 billion rubles. Alfa Bank was the only bidder, according to the tender documentation on procurement website.

The parties agreed on an initial price of trading - the contract value with Alfa-Bank amounted to 1 billion 936.3 million rubles. Thus, the bank will provide 5 billion rubles for a period of two years at 19.39 percent per annum.

The company does not comment on the loan purposes.

JSC "Gazprom neftekhim Salavat" is one of Russia's largest industrial refining and petrochemical complexes. It carries out a full cycle of hydrocarbons processing. It belongs to wholly owned subsidiary of "Gazprom" — LLC "Gazprom Pererabotka".
