Funding for Bashkiria forestry development state program to 2020 will be reduced by 1.7 times

The total amount of financial support of the state program "Development of Forestry of the Republic of Bashkortostan" for 2012-2020 will be reduced by 1.7 times - from 6.2 billion to 3.6 billion rubles. The amendments to the program were made by Governmental Decree RB. The document was published on the official portal of legal information.

Allocations of the federal budget to the program are reduced from 4.1 billion in the original version to 2.3 billion rubles. The contribution of extra-budgetary resources will be reduced from 1.1 billion to 74 million rubles. However, the funding from the republican budget will increase from 1.1 billion rubles to 1.3 billion rubles.

The new version of the state program specifies that the planned budget sources will be formed by the proceeds of "Ufa-Forestry College" from the sale of lemons, seedlings, timber, guided tours, catering, services and student hostel.

The effectiveness of the state program is determined by a number of performance indicators. In particular, it is expected to increase the area of valuable forest in total forest land of the republic from 28.5 percent in 2012 to 31.5 percent in 2020. The annual volume of timber sold during this period should increase from 4.48 million cubic metres to 5.88 million cubic metres. It is planned to increase revenues to the budget system of Russia from the use of forests from 40.5 rubles per hectare of forest in 2012 to 55.9 in 2020. Average wages of forest workers during the implementation of the state program should grow, presumably, from 13.5 thousand rubles per month to 32.5 thousand rubles.
