188,000 sq m of housing were built in Bashkiria in January

UFA, 12 February 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. In January in Bashkortostan 188,000 sq m of housing were built using all sources of funding. This is 2.1 times more than in January 2014, according to Bashkortostan Statistics Agency.

According to this indicator Tatarstan is the leader in the Volga Federal District (282.1 thousand sq m).

Bashkortostan divides the third position in the district with the Samara region with the index of 46 sq m on commissioning of housing per 1,000 people. Tatarstan and Udmurtia are ahead.

In January, residents of Bashkortostan at their own expense and by means of loans built houses with a total area of 122.9 thousand sq m - 2.3 times more than in January 2014. Businesses and organizations commissioned 65.1 thousand residential sq m (plus 85 percent), including 0.8 thousand sq m of economy class housing.
