Bashkomsnabbank plans to increase its authorized capital by another 38.4 percent

UFA, 10 February 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. Bashkomsnabbank shareholders at an extraordinary meeting in March will take decision on increasing its share capital by placing additional issue of 2,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 100 rubles each. This was adopted by the Board of Directors on Monday.

The shares will be placed by private subscription in favour of the LLC Financial Corporation "BKSB" and LLC "Cephal-IFC." The placement price is set equal to the nominal value: 100 rubles per share.

In December 2014 Bashkosnabbank increased its authorized capital from 421,100,000 rubles to 521,100,000 rubles by additional issue of 100 million rubles. At full placement of a new additional issue the bank's authorized capital will increase by further 38.4 percent - to 721.1 million rubles.

Joint Stock Commercial Bank "Bashkomsnabbank" is a regional financial institution with structural divisions in Bashkortostan and a branch in Moscow. It focuses on serving local businesses and attracting public funds in deposits.
