Consolidated budget of Bashkiria was executed with a deficit 13.8 billion rubles in 2014

Consolidated revenues of Bashkortostan in 2014 were formed in the amount of 165 billion 756 million rubles, which is 7.6 percent higher than revenues in 2013. Expenditures were financed in the amount of 179 billion 568,4 rubles - 4.7 percent more than in 2013. Thus, the consolidated budget deficit amounted to 13.8 billion rubles (in 2013 - 17.5 billion rubles), it follows from reports of the Ministry of Finance RB.

The tax and non-tax revenues amounted to 133 billion rubles 38.4 million (plus 5.3 percent in 2013), gratuitous receipts – to 32 billion 717.6 million rubles (plus 18.1 percent).

The main sources of tax and non-tax revenues were personal income tax (44.4 billion rubles), corporate income tax (32.9 billion), excise taxes (16.7 billion), property taxes (14.8 billion). Revenues from the use of state and municipal property amounted to 10 billion 283 million rubles, with an increase of two percent by 2013.

Social spending constitutes 75.3 percent, or 135 billion 199.6 million rubles in the structure of expenditures. 37 billion 940.7 million rubles were directed to finance capital investments and road facilities.

The republican budget for 2014 is executed with a deficit of 11 billion rubles (revenues - 132 billion 595.8 million rubles, expenditures - 143 billion 611.2 million rubles).

The total revenues of local budgets (municipal districts, urban districts, rural and urban settlements) amounted to 82 billion 156.1 million rubles in 2014. Expenditures were financed in the amount of 84 billion 953.1 million rubles.
