UMPO will withdraw from MICEX in February

UFA, 23 January 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. Ordinary shares of Ufa Engine Industrial Association (UMPO) will be excluded from the quotation list of the Russian Stock Exchange "MICEX" on February 24. This was reported in the media of the association.

The decision was approved by the shareholders at the meeting on October 15 2014.

The UMPO do not comment on the information noting that the withdrawal from the stock exchange will not affect the company's activities.

JSC "Ufa Engine Industrial Association" is the Russian largest manufacturer of aircraft engines. It is engaged in development, manufacturing, service and repair of turbojet engines and pumping units, production and repair of helicopters units. It is included in the United Engine Corporation (UEC) — a wholly owned subsidiary of JSC OPK "Oboronprom" on engine assets management.
