"Gazprom neftekhim Salavat " increased volume of hydrocarbon processing by 11 percent in 2014

UFA, 20 January 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. In 2014 "Gazprom neftekhim Salavat" (SOT) processed 8.268 million tons of oil, surpassing the figure of 2013 by 11 percent, according to the company materials.

Output of gasoline of the fifth environmental class was increased by one-third - the refinery produced 464,000 tons. The "Monomer" plant increased production of high-density polyethylene by 27 percent (up to 93 thousand tons), polystyrene – by 32 percent (up to 33 thousand tons), ethylene - by 6 percent (up to 294 thousand tons). Gas Chemical Plant increased production of carbamide by 10 percent (535,000 tons).

JSC "Gazprom neftekhim Salavat" is one of Russia's largest industrial refining and petrochemical complexes. It carries out a full cycle of hydrocarbons processing. It produces bulk products: gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, liquefied gases, butyl alcohols, plasticizers, polyethylene. Nearly 100-percent stake in the company belongs to wholly owned subsidiary of "Gazprom" — LLC "Gazprom Pererabotka".
