54,790 tons of milk were received in Bashkiria

UFA, 20 January 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Juliya Antipina/. From the beginning of the year, the gross milk yield was 54.8 thousand tons in Bashkortostan, of which 26 thousand were accounted for agricultural enterprises, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture RB informs.

The largest amount of milk - 2,009 tons – was produced by farms of Chekmagush region, where a day average yield per cow constitutes 14.7 kg.

Personal farmsteads during this time received 28,707 tons of milk. Milk processors bought 1,753 tons of milk at the population. Ermekeevo (180 tons), Sharan (178) and Ilishevo (132) regions lead in the procurement of milk at personal farmsteads.
