More than 28.5 million rubles of overpayment for utilities will be returned to residents of Bashkortostan

UFA, 13 January 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. Management companies are obliged to return overpay for utilities totaling more than 28.5 million rubles to the citizens of Bashkortostan. Recalculation is made due to the results of inspections of the State Committee for Housing and Construction Supervision of the Republic.

Over the past year during the checks more than 49,000 violations of the technical operation of the housing stock, rules of residential premises use and provision of public services were revealed. 23 percent of them were related to the charges for housing and communal services and inadequate provision of them.

Management companies are issued 922 orders on bringing charges payments in accordance with the applicable law.
