Average rental cost of housing is 17 thousand rubles per month in Ufa

UFA, 13 January 2015. /Bashinform News Agency,Elvira Latypova/. The average rental cost of a standard apartment is about 17 thousand rubles per month in Ufa. Prices in this segment decline, according to market surveys by the "Expert" real estate agency.

The "Expert" analysts point out that initially apartments of premium and business class, for which it is always difficult to find tenants, became cheaper. In November and December, the rental price declined for all types of apartments: there were a lot of properties for rent.

The most expensive rental housing in Ufa is in the downtown: on average apartments are rented here at 18 thousand rubles per month. You can rent an apartment in Zelenaya Roscha residential district and October Avenue at over 17 thousand rubles per month on average. The rent is cheaper in Sipailovo area (15.9 thousand rubles per month), Deoma (15.7), Chernikovka (15.5) and Zaton districts (14.4).

Depending on the type of housing the rental prices in the city vary considerably - from 13.5 thousand rubles per month for one-bedroom apartment in Chernikovka to 28 thousand rubles for multiroom apartment in the downtown.

Luxury accommodation in Ufa is rented at 48 thousand rubles per month. Prices in this segment range from 28 thousand rubles per one-bedroom apartment up to 70 thousand for a multiroom apartment per month.
