Bashkiria’s consolidated budget deficit amounted to 4.6 billion rubles as of December 1

The consolidated budget of Bashkortostan in January-November was executed with a deficit of about 4.6 billion rubles, the Ministry of Finance reports. Revenues totaled 146 billion 979 million rubles - with an increase of 7.2 percent compared to the same indicator of 2013. Spending was financed in the amount of 151 billion 574.8 million rubles - with growth of 4.6 percent.

Tax and non-tax revenues of the consolidated budget amounted to 118 billion 639.3 million rubles (plus 5.4 percent compared to January-November 2013). They were formed mainly by personal income tax (37.6 billion rubles), corporate profit tax (29.7 billion), excise tax (15.4 billion) and property taxes (14.3 billion). Revenues from the use of state and municipal property amounted to 8.9 billion rubles, by 4.5 percent less than as of December 1, 2013.

Uncompensated receipts amounted to 28 billion 339.7 million rubles - with an increase of 15.3 percent.

The social component constitutes 76.8 percent in the sectoral structure of expenditures - 116.3 billion rubles. 21.2 billion rubles, or 14 percent of all expenditures were directed for capital investment and road sector financing.

The budget of the Republic of Bashkortostan is executed with a deficit of about 6.1 billion rubles as of December 1: revenues amounted to 117.8 billion rubles (plus 8.1 percent compared to January-November 2013), the spending - to 124 billion rubles (plus 2.9 percent).

Incomes of local budgets formed in the amount of 72.5 billion rubles (plus 3.5 percent), expenditures - 71 billion (plus 7.2 percent).
