Since 2015 individual property tax will be calculated in a different way in Bashkiria

UFA, 8 December 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. Since January 1, 2015 the individual property tax will be calculated on the basis of the cadastral value of taxable items.

At the end of October this year, members of the State Assembly of the Republic adopted the corresponding law, and in November the size of the tax was determined by the parliamentarians of the Ufa City Council. It ranges from 0.1 to 2 percent of the cadastral value of the property. Cadastral value can be obtained from the Public cadastral map on the website of Rosreestr.

Parents (adoptive parents or guardians) of children with disabilities, orphans and parents (adoptive parents, guardians) and children in large families under the age of 18 left without care are entitled to full tax exemption from one property. But only if these people do not use this property in their business and its cadastral value does not exceed 300 million rubles.

In addition, all citizens are provided with tax deduction from their property: 10 sq. m for rooms, 20 sq. m for apartments and 50 sq. m - for houses.

The tax in full amount will be levied since 2019. Up to this time there are four preferential tax periods and reduction factors. Citizens will receive the first notification of payment calculated on the basis of the cadastral value in 2016. Novation covers 1 million 300 thousand residential and non-residential premises in the country.
