Bashkiria’s stake in "Soliton" research institute is sold to Moscow company for 74.6 million rubles

UFA, 1 December 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. 18.5 percent of Bashkortostan’s stake in SRI "Soliton" were sold by auction to Moscow LLC "Finansovye Vlozheniya". The deal amounted to 74 million 608.5 thousand rubles at initial price of 71,06 million rubles, according to the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic.

The auction was held at the Ministry of Land RB on November 27. The entrepreneur from Ufa Rim Khakimov also participated in it.

JSC "Soliton" research institute is engaged in research, development and production of equipment for networking and communications systems for different agencies. It is included in the list of strategic enterprises. The share of state defense orders in annual output of Soliton is 94-98 percent. Number of employees is 522 people. The authorized capital amounts to 1 million 376.5 thousand rubles. 18.5 percent of the authorized capital is owned by the Russian Federation represented by Rostec Сorporation, 24.2 percent – by Ufa LLC "SM-Finance".
