"Salavatsteklo" attracted a loan of 500 million rubles on secured by the property worth 1 billion rubles

UFA, 27 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. JSC "Salavatsteklo" takes out a loan of 500 million rubles at OJSC "Sberbank of Russia". Terms of the deal on revolving credit line opening were approved by the Board of Directors of Salavat company yesterday.

The credit is drawn for two years for working capital financing, it is specified in the materials of Salavatsteklo. Interest rate is 13.32 percent per annum.

Obligations of the borrower under the loan agreement are secured by a pledge of its assets with balance-sheet value of about 1 billion rubles.

JSC "Salavatsteklo" produces various kinds of glass, double-glazing units, heat and sound insulating materials. The main shareholder (almost 75 percent of the share capital) is LLC "RIA".
