Bashneft-Bashkirnefteprodukt and Bashneft-Orenburgnefteprodukt will be liquidated

UFA, 26 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. Branches of JSOC Bashneft - Bashneft-Bashkirnefteprodukt and Bashneft- Orenburgnefteprodukt will be liquidated. LLC Promenergoresurs, CJSC Helios, LLC AZS-Saransk, LLC AZS-Kurgan, CJSC AZS-Aktiv, LLC AZS-Region, LLC AZS-Ufa, CJSC OPTAN-AZS and CJSC Ural will join to LLC Bashneft-Retail Sales. Reorganization of LLC Bashneft-Retail Sales was approved by the Board of Directors of the oil company yesterday, the press service of Bashneft reports.

Alexander Kreschenko who since October 2012 headed the Regional Network Operation and Maintenance Department of Bashneft was appointed the General Director of LLC Bashneft-Retail Sales.

He replaced Andrey Brotsman, who decided to continue his career outside the Company.
