Consolidated budget deficit of Bashkiria totaled 1.6 billion rubles as of November 1

As of November 1, revenues of the republican consolidated budget amounted to 136 billion 213.7 million rubles, which is by 8.6 percent higher than revenues in January-October 2013. Expenditures were financed for 137 billion 815.2 million rubles - with growth of 6.4 percent. Thus, the deficit of the consolidated republican budget was formed in the amount of 1.6 billion rubles, the Ministry of Finance RB reports.

Tax and non-tax revenues amounted to 111 billion rubles 91.5 million (plus 7.6 percent compared to January-October 2013) in the total revenues of the consolidated budget. Their structure was dominated by revenues from personal income tax (30.6 percent), profits (26.3), excise taxes (12.9), property tax (12.2).

Revenues from state and municipal property use fell by 8 percent - to 7 billion 967.8 million rubles.

Uncompensated receipts amounted to 25 billion 122.2 million rubles - 18.4 percent of all revenues of the consolidated budget of the republic. Uncompensated receipts to the treasury increased by 13 percent compared with January-October 2013.

77.1 percent of expenditures of the consolidated republican budget are of social nature.

The budget of the Republic of Bashkortostan was executed with a deficit of 1.78 billion rubles in the January-October. Revenues amounted to 109 billion 502.5 million rubles (growth by 9.6 percent), expenditures - 111 billion 282.8 million rubles (growth by 4.3 percent).

Budget revenues of municipal districts, urban districts, rural and urban settlements developed in the sum of 64 billion 409.2 million rubles (plus 4.8 percent) at the end of ten months. Expenditures were financed in the amount of 64 billion 230.3 million rubles (plus 9.5 percent).
