Bashneft has paid 533.5 million rubles for the bonds of BO-05 series

UFA, 25 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency,Elvira Latypova/. JSOC Bashneft has paid 533.5 million rubles for repayment of the first coupon of BO-05 exchange bonds. 53.35 rubles are paid per each bond with a face value of 1,000 rubles - at a coupon rate of 10.7 percent per annum, according to Rusbonds citing the oil company.

In May Bashneft placed 10-year bonds of BO-05 series for 10 billion rubles by public subscription. Following bids consideration the first coupon rate was set at 10.7 percent per annum. Rates of 2-9 coupons are equated to it.

JSOC Bashneft is a vertically integrated oil company, formed on the basis of energy companies of Bashkiria.
