In Bashkortostan more than 500 low-income families can receive targeted assistance on starting a business

UFA, 20 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/. Until the end of 2014, more than 500 low-income families can receive targeted assistance on the basis of the social contract, the press service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Bashkortostan reports.

In June 2014 the Resolution of the Government RB from June 16, 2014 No.264 introduced new technology to provide state support to certain categories of people with low-income - targeted social assistance on the basis of contracts.

According to the resolution, the following main areas of this assistance providing are defined: for starting up their own business and entrepreneurial activity –maximum 100 thousand rubles and for private subsidiary farming - at maximum 50 thousand rubles. 52.5 million rubles are allocated for the specified payment from the republican budget.

Within four months in Bashkortostan 973 social contracts were concluded worth 35.2 million rubles, including 42 - to startup of own business (3.5 million) and 931 - to develop private subsidiary farming (31.7 million rubles).

The average amount of the targeted social assistance on the grounds of a social contract was 36 thousand rubles. The main applicants for state assistance were families with many children.
