Bank of Russia registered an additional issue of UMPO shares for 460 million rubles

UFA, 17 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. Bank of Russia registered the additional issue of UMPO securities, the issuer reports. The additional issue is assigned the registration number 1-01-30132-D-007D.

UMPO plans to issue 460,83 million ordinary shares with a par value of 1 ruble each. The securities will be placed by closed subscription in favour of "United Engine Corporation". The shareholders who voted against it or did not participate in the voting on this matter had a pre-emptive right to acquire the UMPO securities.

The offering price is 21.7 rubles per share for all purchasers. Thus, as a result of the additional issue UMPO can attract 10 billion rubles.

At present, the UMPO authorized capital is 553,9 million rubles. At full placement of shares it will increase 1.8 times and will exceed 1 billion rubles.

JSC "Ufa Engine Industrial Association" is the Russian largest manufacturer of aircraft engines. It is engaged in development, manufacturing, service and repair of turbojet engines and pumping units, production and repair of helicopters units. It is included in the United Engine Corporation (UEC) — a wholly owned subsidiary of JSC OPK "Oboronprom" on engine assets management.
