Nobility Assembly building will be reconstructed for 47 million rubles in Ufa

UFA, 12 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency/. The building of Nobility Assembly (1844-56 years of construction), located at the address: 14, Lenin Street will be renovated in Ufa. The tender documentation for the right to conclude the contract is published on the state procurement website.

The initial (maximum) contract price is 47 million rubles. The customer is Ufa State Academy of Arts named after Zagir Ismagilov.

Bids will be accepted until November 22, electronic auctions will be held on November 25. The works will be financed from the funds of the federal budget subsidies. Renovation is scheduled for completion no later than May 31, 2015.

The building of Nobility Assembly was built in the historic commercial and administrative centre of Ufa, at the crossroads of Central and Pushkin Streets (now Lenin and Pushkin Streets) in the early 20th century.
