New dairy plant with capacity of 150 tons per day is opened in Ufa

UFA, 6 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/. The new dairy plant LLC "Ufagormolzavod" with processing capacity of 150 tons of raw milk per day will be opened in Ufa at the end of 2014, the Chairman of Dairy Union of Bashkortostan, deputy general director of the company Ildar Faizullin informs.

The enterprise will employ about 200 people. The plant plans to reach full capacity after eight months after launch. Production equipment manufactured in Poland, Germany, the USA and Russia is installed at the plant. Now its commissioning is going on. "Ufagormolzavod" will produce whole-milk products, cheese, butter and ultra heat-treated milk under the brand "Molochny Fermer" and "Dobraya Burenka".

“Raw milk for processing will be delivered from Ufa, Karmaskaly, Nurimanovo, Aurgazy and Iglino regions of the republic”, Ildar Faizullin said. “In the future we plan to buy raw materials throughout the republic.”

Finished goods will be sold in Bashkortostan, primarily in Ufa, Sterlitamak and Neftekamsk.

The amount of investment in the project amounted to more than 300 million rubles.
