The court decided to return the Bashneft’s shares to the state

UFA, 31 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. Yesterday, the Moscow Arbitration Court decided to recover the Bashneft’s shares in favour of the Russian Federation, Interfax reports. The judge Olga Alexandrova at the announcement of the ruling stated that the claim of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation against JSFC Sistema and CJSC Sistema-Invest was upheld in full.

The court read only the resolutive part of the ruling. Reasons for such decision will be announced later.

The ruling may be appealed within one month.
