Property market value for the IV quarter was approved in the amount of 33,502 rubles per sq m in Ufa

Indicators of the average market value per sq m of housing in urban districts, towns and municipal districts of Bashkortostan for the IV quarter of 2014 were approved by the Order of the State Committee RB on Construction and Architecture. The document is available on the official web portal of legal information. Thus, in Ufa the cost per sq m of housing is set at 33,502 rubles, in Ufa region and Sterlitamak – at 33 000 rubles, in Neftekamsk, Oktybrsky, Beloretsk and Tuimazy – at 32 000 rubles, etc.

These figures are used to calculate the subsidies provided to citizens being in need of better housing conditions, for participation in housing construction or purchasing of housing.
