Consolidated budget deficit of Bashkiria as of October 1 - 0.9 billion rubles

UFA, 22 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. The consolidated budget of Bashkortostan in the revenue part amounted to 118 billion 860.3 million rubles in January-September, which is by 9.5 percent more than the comparable figure of 2013. Execution of the spending part was 119 billion 728.3 million rubles - with growth of 5.5 percent. Thus, as of October 1, the deficit of the consolidated budget of the republic formed in the amount of 868 million rubles, the Ministry of Finance RB reports.
Tax and non-tax revenues amounted to 95 billion 877.9 million rubles (plus 8.2 percent compared to January-September 2013), gratuitous receipts - 22 billion 982.4 million rubles (plus 15.3 percent) in total revenues of the consolidated budget.
The main sources of tax and non-tax revenues were personal income tax (31.4 percent of the total amount), corporate income tax (26.4), excise taxes (13.7), property taxes (10.6).
Compared to the first nine months of 2013, revenues from corporate profit tax (17.4 percent), personal income tax (5 percent), property taxes (7.5 percent), tax on gross income (8 percent) increased. At the same time, revenues from use of state and municipal property reduced by 12.8 percent to 6 billion 824.3 million rubles.
Social expenditures dominated in the sectoral structure of the consolidated republican budget (77 percent).
As of October 1, the budget of the Republic of Bashkortostan was executed with a deficit of 1 billion 569.6 million rubles: revenues - 95 billion 785.8 million rubles (growth by 10.8 percent), expenditures - 97 billion 355.4 million rubles (growth by 3,8 percent).
As of October 1, revenues of local budgets formed in the sum of 56 billion 90.9 million rubles (plus 4.2 percent), expenditures - 55 billion 389.3 million rubles (plus 7.4 percent).
