Italian restaurant in Ufa suspends its work in response to the food embargo

UFA, 17 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Iliya Spiridonov/. In Ufa the Italian restaurant «Bella Italia» suspends its activities in the aftermath of the food embargo. This was reported by the owner of the management company "Credo" Konstantin Lavrov at a press breakfast.

To date the «Bella Italia» restaurant was in the top five Ufa premium class restaurants working with authentic imported products, the supply of which is prohibited or is significantly difficult due to the sanctions. Currently, the restaurant is run on stocks previously made.

“The existing Russian logistics of premium products supply is still under arrangement. Today it doesn’t function well enough to provide the «Bella Italia» immaculate work on a complex menu”, the restaurateur said.

From mid-December on this area another institution of the chain will be opened, but of more democratic format - "Amore Pizza" pizzeria.

The confectionery and bakery «Bella Italia» will continue their work and will partially substitute some of the functions of the restaurant for the period of forced suspension. They will feature dishes that may be cooked without compromising their quality. Especially for this an open kitchen will be installed just in the hall of the coffee shop.

According to Konstantin Lavrov, the restaurant will resume its operation after the embargo cancellation or emergence of new providers, but at a new location.
