Bashneft concluded a contract with SG-Trans worth up to 65 billion rubles

UFA, 16 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. Bashneft concluded a contract for rail freight transportation services with OJSC SG-Trans till 2019. The transaction price is limited to 65 billion rubles. The transportation load is no more than 49 million tons. The deal was approved at the Bashneft general meeting of shareholders on October 15, according to the materials of the oil company.

Bashneft’s shareholders approved a number of related party transactions. In particular, the terms and conditions of a contract for supply of petrochemicals concluded between JSOC Bashneft and OJSC Ufaorgsintez in 2013 were amended. The transaction price is no more than 14.15 billion rubles. The contract is valid from 1 January 2014 until 31 March 2015.

Also contracts for well drilling, construction and repairs between JSOC Bashneft and LLC Targin-Bureniye before the end of 2019 were approved. The total amount of contracts is 24.1 billion rubles.

A contract for capital construction between JSOC Bashneft and LLC Yanaulskoye Administration of Neftestroymontazh was signed for a period until the end of 2019. The transaction price is no more than 12 billion rubles.

Bashneft concluded a contract for transportation services with LLC Transkhim until the end of 2019. The contract value is about 9 billion rubles.

The shareholders' meeting also approved the change in the terms of a loan agreement concluded between JSOC Bashneft and LLC Bashneft-Polyus in 2012. The loan in the amount of 52.43 billion rubles is granted for a period until December 1, 2020. The interest rate is not greater than 15 percent per annum.
