Bashkiria will place bonds for 6 billion rubles for 4.5 years

UFA, 8 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. On October 16, internal bonds placing of Bashkortostan Republic 2014 will start. The decision on the issue was approved by the Decree of the Government RB. 6 million bonds with a face value of 1,000 rubles each will be placed by public offering. The total volume of the issue is 6 billion rubles at par.

The circulation period is 4.5 years - until April 11, 2019. The bonds will have 18 coupon periods of 91 days.

Terms of issue provide the bond issue amortization. 15 percent of the par value of the bonds will be paid on the date of payment of the 7, 10 and 15th coupon yields, an additional 25 percent of the par value will be paid on the date after 12th coupon period and the remaining 30 percent on the last day of the bonds circulation.

Organizer of the bond issue is "VTB Capital".

Today there are two republican bond issues in circulation totaling 7.1 billion rubles.

As of September 1, the public debt of Bashkortostan totaled 16.9 billion rubles, including 7.1 billion rubles of government securities, 4.9 billion rubles of budget loans, 4.5 billion rubles - loans in credit institutions, 403.8 million rubles of state guarantees. The upper limit of domestic public debt has been set at 24 billion 757 million rubles as of January 1, 2015.
