Bashneft plans to buy a retail chain in the Samara region

UFA, 24 September 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. Bashneft plans to acquire 100 percent stake in LLC "AZS AKTAN". This decision was made at the board of directors of the oil company.

LLC "AZS AKTAN" has a chain of petrol stations in the Samara region. This region is one of the priorities for the oil company in terms of retail expansion.

If approved by the antimonopoly body the deal should be completed before the end of the year, Bashneft specifies.

LLC "AZS AKTAN" includes a dozen of petrol stations, more than half of which are located in Samara and its suburbs.

At present, the retail chain of Bashneft consists of 574 own stations owned by LLC "Bashneft-Retail" and 279 partner stations in 21 regions of Russia.
