CEC presented a unique exhibition on the history of elections in Russia

UFA, 18 September 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The CEC of Russia presented a unique photo-documentary exhibition in the framework of information centre work on the single voting day. The exhibition was devoted to elections to the Russian representative bodies from the middle of the nineteenth century until 1917. The basis of the exhibition was made by collection funds of the State Central Museum of Contemporary History of Russia.

The exhibition, which has the purpose of election officials training in law issues and raising the legal culture of the participants of the electoral process, was also placed in a number of subjects of the Russian Federation on September 14, 2014 and aroused great interest among the members of the precinct election commissions and voters.
