Voting at the elections of the President of the republic finished in Bashkiria

UFA, 14 September 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. Yesterday at 20.00 polling stations closed in Bashkortostan. Voting in the elections of the President of Bashkortostan completed. According to the Central Election Commission RB as of 18 o’clock September 14, the voter turnout exceeded 65.43 percent in the republic. High activity showed residents of Tatyshly, Ilishevo, Baltachevo, Krasnokamsk regions. There the turnout exceeded 86 percent.

On the single voting day of September 14, 3453 polling stations worked in the republic. On the territory of Bashkortostan 22 election campaigns were held. The main of them were early elections of the President of the republic.

Residents of the republic elected a deputy of the State Assembly - Kurultai of Bashkortostan from Krasnokholmsk constituency No.43. In Mezhgorye elections of the City Council deputies were held. By-elections of deputies of councils were organized in three urban districts (Ufa, Sterlitamak, Oktyabrsky); three urban areas (Blagoveshchensk, Meleuz, Uchaly), 12 municipal districts. Early elections of deputies were held in Abzakovo village council.
