Population average income per capita increased in Bashkortostan

UFA, 10 September 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Sergey Zakharov/. On September 10, the Government of Bashkortostan held a meeting of the Republican Tripartite Commission for the regulation of social and labour relations.
“Of the 190 items of the tripartite agreement almost each item was completed. Thirteen items were not implemented in full and they are to be completed by the end of the year,” the Deputy Prime Minister – the Commission Coordinator Liliya Gumerova said.
She also reported that in the first half of the year the average per capita income of the population of the republic amounted to 22,153 rubles and increased compared to the same period of the last year by 8.3 percent, exceeding the average rate of 1.4 percentage points.
According to preliminary data in the republic the share of the population with incomes below the subsistence level was 10.3 percent in 2013, as in 2012, which is better than the Russian values (11.1 percent in the Russian Federation).
The overall unemployment rate fell from the beginning of the year from 5.8 to 4.9 percent (according to standards of the International Labour Organization), the registered unemployment rate - from 1.2 to 1.1 percent, the ratio of tension - from 0.8 to 0.5 (in the Russian Federation as well - 0.5).
According to forecasts of the Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkortostan, the growth rate of the gross regional product after the point of maximum decrease in 2014 (compared to the last years of intensive development) will increase from 102.2 percent in 2015 to 103.6 percent in 2017.
In general, according to economists, the republican economy will develop above the national average. The gross regional product will grow from 1.4 trillion rubles in 2015 to 1.6 trillion rubles in 2017.
The average monthly wage will increase from 23.9 thousand in 2014 to 30.5 thousand rubles. The increase compared with the previous year (22.4 thousand rubles) will be 37 percent.
