Cost per sq m of low-income housing will not exceed 34 thousand rubles in Bashkortostan

UFA, 10 September 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Catherine Sokolova/. The planned cost per sq m of low-income housing is set at 31-34 thousand rubles. The chairman of the State Committee for Construction and Architecture Kamil Mansurov informed about it at the meeting of the Committee of the State Assembly RB on Housing Policy and Infrastructure Development.

“Three land plots are selected in Ufa district for construction of low-income housing”, Kamil Mansurov says. “Dutch auctions will be held instead of traditional ones to increase the availability of such housing for citizens.”

Bashkortostan Government plans within three years to implement the project on construction of low-rise suburb of Ufa district with three thousand low-income townhouses for 9-12 thousand people.
